Paid to read emails has became a real trend lately. Dozens of programs offer it, but for those who use it and think it's a good way of making money, i just wanted to show u a simple calculation of how it REALLY works, assuming you have joined a decent program that pays you, which is already a miracle.

Yes, it's better than nothing, when u can load your paypal, but here is a more down to earth calculation.

classical-mail.com pays you 0.0025 cents for each email u "read". (1/4 cents per mail). How long does it take you? Ok, we will be honest here and say tat no one actually "reads" these emails, we only click them and keep working on something else. but, to open the email, to click the address and wait til it has loaded will take, lets say -- 10 seconds, right?

Now lets say you want to cash 3 dollars. 3 dollars, divided by 0.0025$ (each mail's cost) means you need to "read" 1200 emails in total, to be eligible to crash ur 3 bucks.

1200 emails, multiplied by 10 seconds each gives u 12000 seconds of work, which is 3 hours and 20 minutes of YOUR TIME, that were worth 3 dollars.

Roughly speaking, this Internet job pays u less than a dollar per hour. This is nearly slavery, considering that it takes a few month to collect your few dollars and u can't really sit all day long opening emails.

What I am trying to say is, it's good as a side job, when u have nothing else to do, but don't let this mislead you and take your time at the cost of working for your affiliate programs or monetarized with adsense website promotion.
